Neat, what app did you take this pic with?
the app I used was Hipstamatic, which is a pretty cool and sometimes quirky photo app. I usually have it set to random and just let the app decide if the shot is going to be cool or not. So pictures can be hit or miss. I have the option to take certain filters off of random, but I like the surprise! I am unable to tell you which filters were used on this pic because I have already deleted the photo from the phone. Thanks for the comment ;)
